Communication Procedure between Unit Owners and the Board of Directors
1. Emergencies, such as water leaks should be called into the Progressive Management office at 727-773-9542. This number is a 24/7 number.
2. All unit owner maintenance requests, inquiries, complaints or comments must be in writing and put in the drop box by the pool or directed to the Board of Directors, c/o Progressive Management, 4151 Woodlands Parkway, Palm Harbor, FL 34685. You can also Email to [email protected].
3. Written Emails to the Board of Directors will not be recognized or responded to. Please follow the above-mentioned procedure of communication.
4. When a unit owner files a written communication with the Board of Directors that requires a written response, the Board will respond in writing to the unit owner within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the communication. Although the Association is only obligated to respond to one written communication per unit in any thirty (30) day period, they may respond to more than one if the procedure is not abused.
5. “Communications” which are rhetorical, abusive, or slandering may be disregarded. Questions that have already been answered in writing in response to prior communications, will not receive a response.
