Spectrum TV & Internet

Chateaux Woods effective Aug 2 2021 contracted with Spectrum for TV & Internet service. The monthly fees for this service is now included in the Association's monthly maintenance fees.

Services include:

Spectrum TV platinum: TV Select, Digi Tier 1, Digi Tier 2, plus 1 free spectrum receiver box and 1 free digital video recorder (DVR)
Spectrum internet with in home WIFI equipment, including 1 free modem and router.

Each Resident is responsible to contact Spectrum directly for new equipment and issues with their service or equipment. All related installation charges related to a professional installation is at unit residents expense. Residents may at their option, get phone service and additional receiver boxes at the normal monthly rental rates directly from Spectrum.
